Simone joined Devine Capital in 2012 as an Associate working with Ann Nethery and Rick Devine as part of the client team supporting Vector Capital and Siemens Communications.

Simone's role as an Associate at Devine Capital is to provide operational support to the Executive Recruiter and Client Executive on her client team. These duties include candidate research and development, database support, candidate logistics and all client communications electronic and written. She also supports the client team in candidate referencing, compensation modeling and client relationship reporting. As an Associate at Devine Capital, Simone is a key member of the client team.

Simone has a BA in psychology from UC Berkeley. Prior to joining Devine Capital, Simone worked at TPG Capital in San Francisco, supporting the vice president of technology and his team. She has also worked within Goldman Sachs’ Technology Media and Telecom division and as lead executive administrator at the biotech company Exelixis.
