Melissa joined Devine Capital in 2011 as an Associate working with Jennifer Mackie and Rick Devine as part of the client team supporting a major financial services industry client. She has been involved in many high level search assignments including multiple regional sales executive positions across the United States.

Melissa's role as an Associate at Devine Capital is to provide operational support to the Executive Recruiter and Client Executive on her client team. These duties include candidate research and development, database support, candidate logistics and all client communications electronic and written. Melissa also supports the client team in candidate referencing, compensation modeling and client relationship reporting. As an Associate at Devine Capital, Melissa is a key member of the client team.

Melissa has a BA in Communications from Arizona State University. Prior to joining Devine Capital, Melissa worked in the commercial real estate industry within the San Francisco Bay Area Regional Offices.
