Lucia is the Chief Operating and Financial Officer at Devine Capital and responsible for the creation of a world class business platform to serve the firm's clients. She has more than 12 years of experience in the search industry and has worked with Rick Devine since 1993. Lucia has been an integral part of the creation of the Executive Recruiting Outsourcing (ERO) business model and drives all operational aspects of the firm including Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, Facilities, Information Systems, and Client Team Planning and Support.

Prior to joining Devine Capital Partners, Lucia spent ten years at the international executive search firm, Heidrick & Struggles, where she was a senior partner in charge of the highly successful Equity Programs Group. There she managed the firm's equity and warrant portfolio, which generated more than $175 million of incremental business for the firm. In the last two years of her tenure at the firm she also worked extensively with the Private Equity Group.

Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Lucia worked with several high-growth companies in a chief financial officer role, securing capital and structuring debt facilities to accommodate their growth.

Earlier in her career, Lucia was a senior vice president in Corporate Finance at Kidder, Peabody & Co. in New York, specializing in retail and consumer-based investments. She worked on a wide variety of transactions, including buyouts, mergers and acquisitions and equity/debt issuances.

Lucia received her bachelor's degree from Duke University and her Masters of Business Administration with honors from Columbia University.
