Kendra joined Devine Capital in 2010 as an Associate working with Cindy Combs and Rick Devine as part of the client team supporting Juniper and Skype. She has been involved with many high level searches assignments at Juniper including Senior Vice President and General Manager, Emerging Markets, CTO Enterprise Division, Vice President User Publications and many others. In 2011, Kendra accepted a position supporting the CEO directly, and assisting the COO with many of the corporate level services required in this fast growing firm.

Kendra's role at Devine Capital is to provide operational and administrative support to the CEO (Rick Devine) and COO (Lucia Steinhilber). These duties include early stage business development, client team development, travel and logistics planning, and all corporate communications electronic and written. Kendra also supports the client teams in candidate research and development, database support, candidate logistics and client relationship reporting as necessary.

Kendra has a BA in English from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Prior to joining Devine Capital, Kendra was involved in the semiconductor industry. Kendra lives in the San Francisco Peninsula area and is an avid marathon runner.
