Jennifer Mackie has worked with Rick Devine for more than a decade, and formally joined Devine Capital Partners in 2003. She works as part of the client team in a similar role to that of an internal executive recruiter. Jennifer is the single point of contact for both clients and candidates, overseeing the entire process—from bringing executives into the search, managing research and due diligence, and finalizing all details related to selection and closing procedures. By building strong, one-on-one relationships with both candidates and clients, Jennifer brings the perspective required to match each executive's skills, needs and leadership styles with the right companies.

Jennifer joined Devine Capital Partners from a regional search firm that conducted management searches for Fortune 500 companies. Previously, she was an integral part of Internet Capital Group's (ICG) global executive search team, enhancing the company's recruiting operations platform as director of operations. Jennifer helped ICG Executive Recruiting grow to become one of the largest internal executive recruiting groups in the corporate world.

Jennifer has also worked in investment banking with Bear Stearns in San Francisco and earned a degree in marketing at San Francisco State University.
