Jennifer Mackie, Principal

As a principal with Devine Capital Partners, Jennifer Mackie is actively involved in every stage of each search assignment. Whether it’s providing research on executive search projects, conducting recruiting calls or managing interviews, she enjoys driving every aspect of the process. Some of the most high-profile placements she’s facilitated include the CEO of Corel, the executive vice president of products at BEA Systems, and the senior vice president of worldwide services at Siebel Systems. She has also been instrumental in board of director and senior management team placements at private equity-backed companies Ingres and Wyse Technology.

Jennifer joined Devine Capital Partners in 2003 from Spencer Reed, where she focused on recruiting HR professionals. Before that she worked with Devine Capital Partners founders Rick Devine and Cindy Combs as part of Internet Capital Group’s internal search team for a global portfolio of business Internet companies. Jennifer has a degree in marketing from San Francisco State University. When not chasing her three-year-old daughter around, she enjoys traveling, running and yoga.
